Meet Popeye the dog, an adorable little fella who was once a starving stray dog until he got rescued by his current owner and best friend Ivy Diep. “He was such a mess. Super skinny, heavily matted, dirty”, says Ivy. When she found him, Ivy already had plenty of her own pets, but since no one wanted to adopt him, she decided to take him. Ivy and her husband instantly fell in love with the dog. Then, whenever she would go out to eat, Ivy brought Popeye with her and she noticed that he is really good around food. He doesn’t try to eat it without permission. So, she took a few photos of him and that’s how it all started. Now, Popeye eats his meals in exclusive LA restaurants and he became a cute Instagram star. What a story!
