Tristan Bogaard is a 22-year-old Dutchman on a 12,000km bicycle tour from Bergen in the Netherlands to Bergen in Norway. He amazes his followers on Instagram with his painting like photos of beautiful attractions in Europe. Now, he is in the middle of his route and enjoying the magnificient sceneries of France. During his tour, he organises InstaMeets and bike together with local Igers to discover new places to document. He says in one of his photo captions “A wise man once told me: ‘A stranger on the road is a friend not yet met.’ Nothing has been more true than that. Over the last week I’ve learned what energy friendship can hold. It changes one’s very perspective on themselves, the places they’re in, the adventures they dare to undertake.
