He also started running which was the most challenging part of his healthy life journey. He has an inspiring feed with full of keto & low-carb dishes and he also tells about his marathon experiences. “I used to tell myself the same thing most people tell themselves: “Im not a runner”, “I can’t do that”, “I don’t have time”, “Its raining”, etc. The excuses we tell ourselves to keep ourselves in our soft, pillowy, magical comfort zone. But on Sept 1, 2017 I decided it was time to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. I set 3 goals: To finally change my relationship with food & lose weight. To complete the Flying Pig Marathon within 2 years. I was barely able to jog a mile without feeling like I was going to collapse. A marathon was an ambitious goal. It sounded so out of reach that it made me determined to prove I could do it. In May 2019, I crossed the finishline as not only a Finisher, but an Ambassador for the Marathon. This year, I’m so proud to announce I’ve been selected again.” he states on his Instagram. He is determined to get to his goal weight by the end of this year, so he has made two major changes; fasting about 18-19 hours a day, so generally eating between 12pm-4/5pm, and upping the protein and reducing fat.
