Lilypad Palm Beach Villa – Floating 2-Story House Open to the Public

Fully solar-powered floating – Lilypad Palm Beach Villa – is located in the Pittwater Bay near Palm Beach of New South Wales, Australia. Due to the pandemic, it’s limited at the moment only for Sydney locals, becoming their best place for a holiday vacation in these crazy times. Villa is designed for two people to stay in, by architect Chuck Anderson, as a two-story house with a wrap-around porch, built from adequate materials that are not endangering the marine environment. Visitors can enjoy and use the furnished living room with a beautiful fireplace, kitchen, and even a wine cellar. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a spa-like bathroom. Guests can enjoy outdoor activities like fishing, snorkeling, using a self-drive boat, paddleboards, and even go along the hiking trails. Service also includes massage therapists, coming to you onboard. Even though it’s designed for 2 guests, it’s allowed to bring up to 16 people for a party. Since it was open to the public the cost for 24 hours stay is $1,000.
