Kitchen Stories: Half Baked Harvest

Now, it is time for a little food indulgence again. OK not a little but quite overdose. Colorado, USA based photographer and cook Tieghan‘s dishes are not only scrumptious but also picturesque that we can’t take our eyes off. Her kitchen turns into an art studio whenever she starts cooking. She is also very fond of her family and they are the source of inspiration for her blog’s name, Half Baked Harvest. She explains “I came up with the name Half Baked Harvest as a name that expresses the crazy environment in which I cook. Half Baked, symbolizes my family – most of them exactly opposite of me, spontaneous, extreme and always thinking they can cram more than humanly possible into a day. Then there is the word Harvest. Contrary to the first part of the name this word is calming to me… Food that has been harvested in Autumn’s splendor, brought in and shared with family in the comfort of a cozy home, well to me, there is not much that is better.” You can visit her blog to try her amazing recipes.
