Street artist OakOak is based in St. Etienne, France and he wanders around the streets of the town to place his witty art pieces. From stair rails to old water pipes, he transfers his creative ideas almost every corner of the city. He surprises people by creatively turning a parking meter shadow into a silhouette of Snoopy’s famous dog house or placing a street fighter beside a broken pavement tile.
