Lisa Lyons has always been passionate about handcrafts since she was a little girl. She was always busy with knitting and making clothes for her dollies and as she grew up, she started making clothes for herself. “I studied at the London College of Fashion and for over 25 years have worked in the fashion industry as a Pattern Cutter. I have worked for both designers and luxury brands, who have inspired my love for beautifully designed, handcrafted and embellished garments.” she explains her background in her blog. She’d planned her own wedding and she designed her own bridal dress, then she understood that finding the dream wedding dress could be a stressful process. “This is why I try and make every effort to make it as easy as possible and an enjoyable experience for brides.” she states, adding that; “I have true appreciation for fit and fabric, which are synonymous with wedding dresses. I am passionate about incorporating each bride’s personality and style into their dress, working hand in hand to create something really special and unique. From the initial consultation to the final fitting, every part should be an experience to remember.” She has a unique eye for designing bridal dresses and helps every bride have a distinctive look.
