“Ginger & Honey” is a bakery shop located in Russia and founded by creative union of talented chefs. They took up bakery as a hobby then their passion turned into a career. “It all started as a hobby, then that hobby took up more and more time. As a result, it grew into the main occupation.” they told us in our online interview. They are specialised in gingerbread and aromatic cookies, which is very famous all around the city they are based in, even among the country thanks to their online shop. “Gingerbread is an unusual and delicious gift that will fill your home with a festive warm aroma of honey and spices! We use several dough recipes such as; Kozulnoe (including a mixture of spices like cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves, nutmeg), ginger and honey, and chocolate ginger and honey.” they also stated in the interview, adding that; “We love to cook, we are in love with aromatic pastries, and reviews from our customers are the best reward!” The secret ingredient is their love for what they do. They also gave us another secret for refreshing your bread; “If after a while the gingerbread has become dry and tough to your liking, just place it overnight in an airtight container or a tightly tied bag with a slice of apple, bread, or citrus peel and it will soften again!” Their one of a kind cookies are also make impressive gifts with their creative designs in several themes.
