Wooden Home with Sea View Located in Russian Village Pribylovo

Built in 2017, this wooden house is located in Russian village Pribylovo on the inner Vyborg gulf shore. With one side facing the sea in the north touching the water edge, a local law and the site restrictions formed a compact three-leveled home. The ground floor is divided into an entrance and facility zone, along with the stairs, and wide living/dining/kitchen zone, with a completely transparent wall to the sea and a future outdoor terrace. The second floor has 4 bedrooms, while the third floor is a studio with another large window looking down to the sea. The ground floor has regular wooden vertical walls, sheathed with raw pine planks, while the second and the third floors are covered by folded metal roof with Velux windows. The large northern wall, facing the sea has one full wide panoramic glass wall with shutters on the ground floor, a small opening for the master bedroom and large studio window.
